We are a startup sunglass brand in the UAE looking to provide luxury eye wear options at affordable prices. Our aim is to always sell sunglasses at a proper price.

Do you have a shop that we can visit?

No we don't have any physical shop you can visit as of now, we function only through online orders.

Are your products authentic?

Yes we can assure you that our products are sourced from verified manufacturers that have been in business for years and supply to worldwide sunglass retail shops and brands. Also these manufacturers have passed certain worldwide production qualifications.

Where are your sunglasses made?

We work with several manufacturers and they are scattered all over the world, but mainly we outsource the sunglasses from the factories located in China & Hong Kong, these factories provide us with the best quality at the best price possible

This allows us to serve you with better prices.

Can I buy your sunglasses as gifts?

Certainly! we can include a note for the receipent of the gift if you choose to write for them in the Cart section. However, we don't have proper gift wrapping, we just ship your order in our normal packaging.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Sure, as long as your order is in good condition, we can offer a money back service during the first 14 days of receiving your order.

info@amasam.net

Why don't my sunglasses sit evenly on my face?

Everyone's face is different, you might have different ear height from the person who did the quality check on the sunglasses you have, this is very common to happen. See next question to know how to fix the issue

How can I fix them if they are not even on my face?

Depending on the material used in the sunglass which you can check from the product page or by contacting us on info@amasam.net

Acetate: Heat up the sunglass temple which is higher than usual  for around 10 seconds with a blow-dryer then gently bend downwards

Metal: metal is made to be durable and can be bent in any direction, just make sure when you are bending the sunglass to not bend it to a point where the metal starts to become weak.

How can I verify if my sunglasses have UV protection?

Very simple, hold the sunglasses infront of a screen, it could be a TV or your phone, now rotate the sunglasses to your right and they should become darker. Now rotate them to the left and they will become brighter. This means your sunglasses are UV protected.

Why do I sometimes see rainbow colors with my sunglasses?

This is due to light refracting off of surfaces and causing this rainbow to show, that can only be seen when you are wearing polarized sunglasses. Its a more complicated process we are just giving you the main point.

Can I try the sunglasses before buying?

Yes sure sometimes we can allow tests before paying at delivery. It mainly depends on the flexability of the courier driver that day.

What is the difference between polarized and non-polarized sunglasses?

Polarized sunglasses reduce glare and improve vision clarity and contrast, while most also offer UV protection. Non-polarized sunglasses lack a special filter to reduce glare, but can be more budget-friendly and better for activities that require viewing LCD screens. When choosing between the two, consider your needs and preferences to find the best option for you.
